Elliot Health Systems: Castagna Consulting Group provided Program Management Services for the interior and exterior fit-up of a 95,000SF multi-purpose Medical facility for 1070 Holt Ave., LLC and Elliot Health Systems in Manchester, NH. The facility is on 2 floors of a 235,000SF Industrial building. The project was completed in less than 6 months. Elliot started operations at the site July 1, 2007. The facility will be home to non-medical office operations including IT, Accounting and general office operations for the hospital.

The Abilitations Day Rehab Program is geared to serve persons with a stable medical status, following stroke, brain injury, multitrauma and/or amputation. Through intense multidisciplinary rehab, patients will be poised to successfully reintegrate at home, in the community and vocationally.
It is currently the only site offering comprehensive Speech & Language Pathology services. Additionally, Aquatic Therapy, for patients requiring either adapted access or a warm therapeutic pool.
The Elliot Adult Day Program is designed to allow caregivers peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are in a safe and home-like environment during the day. Participants of the day program can relax and meet new people and are provided with health and social services, therapeutic activities, transportation, and meals.
Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation - Includes an aerobic studio and fitness facility with treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, weights, and Community Health fitness classes such as T'ai Chi, Yoga, etc..
Classroom – Elliot's community classroom seats 25 participants for health education classes, cooking demonstrations, etc.
Locker rooms are available for participants to shower and change.
